BillMi is an all-in-one mobile in-App billing solution that seamlessly integrates (micro) payments into mobile applications (Apps) and mobile websites. BillMi provides application designers with an easy to use API that can handle billing in 93 countries out of the box. BillMi supports Premium Rate Call (PPM and PPC), Premium SMS and Carrier Billing.

BillMi is an automated payment process. The user stays in the flow of the application! So no manual entering of SMS number, SMS details, phone number or DTMF code is required.

BillMi is based on three billing methods:

1. Pay-to-use
   The end-user can make a payment using one of the available methods to get access to content.
2. Pay-while-you-use
   BillMi can initiate a PRS call as background process. During the call the end-user is allowed to use the service. E.g. start a video chat or play a game.
3. Pay-before-you-use
   The end-user first purchases credits using one of the available payment methods. These credits can then be spent on content and services. This way the end-user does not have to make a payment each time a service is used or access to content is granted. Instead, credits are deducted from the user's account.

3. in-App billing offers technical advantages over non-integrated solutions (such as browser based solutions). For example, it can force the use of 2,5G/3G instead of WiFi which is needed for certain carrier billing methods.
